Basant Panchmi is an occasion which marks the onset of the ‘Spring Season’. It is also celebrated to worship Goddess Saraswati, the symbol of knowledge and wisdom. To mark the occasion, the children came dressed in yellow clothes, offered yellow coloured flowers to the Goddess and celebrated Yellow day as well to understand the significance of yellow colour. A floral rangoli made by class I and II with yellow and orange coloured flowers signified the brilliance of nature and the vibrancy of life. The creativity of children reflected in various activities like brush painting, cotton painting, paper crumbling etc. Beams of yellow shades carried the promise of a positive future flashing creative thoughts in the young minds.
