With equal responsibilities of school and household work , teachers find very little time for themselves. Their health is the most ignored area. So as a part of health and wellness program the school conducted workshop of teachers on Friday 9.06.17 on the topic “Food and Sleep” .The resource person Dr. Shirish Shrivastava, emphasised the principles of right eating, intake of water and importance of sound sleep for leading healthy life style through an informative presentation. The session was very thought provoking and interesting. At the end of the session, teachers’ queries were answered. The teachers picked on some key takeaways which would help them to deal with some common health issues.
