Tennis can be a great workout and lots of fun. Playing tennis offers many physical and mental health benefits. Some are short term, such as the stress relief that comes with a workout. Other benefits help you on a longer term basis, such as weight loss from consistent activity or the improved confidence that comes with improving your skill at a complex task. Medi-Caps International School is equipped with Lawn Tennis courts, and provides adequate exposure to all possible playing surfaces. We believe that every lawn tennis trainee must get a chance to experience playing on each surface not losing hope for a grand slam.
