On the occasion of Raksha Bandhan, a ‘Fireless cooking Competition’ was organized on 24th August, 2018 for the students of classes IX and X.Students demonstrated their cooking talent and culinary skills by making tasty and healthy desserts. The concept was to enlighten the traditional and new trends emerging these days with the use of fruits and bakery items and producing a variety of desserts which are high in their nutritional values for the new trendy health conscious generation. The tempting items like Besan Laddoo, Coconut laddoo, chocolate cakes, Biscuit cakes, Fruit chat, mock tails, Shakes, fruit custard, Gulkan laddoo etc. displayed were a visual treat for the participants and to the taste buds of the students and teachers. Team work, problem solving skills and effective communication were executed by each team. This innovative concept was well appreciated by the Principal.
